Electronic Family Poland – organizational news and a map!

Electronic Family Poland will be held in Poland for the first time on August 14, 2018! The event will be organized at the Speedway Stadium in Zielona Góra and its organizers are TME EVENTS and ADLA EVENTS. Below, we present a handful of valuable organizational information, which must be read by every participant in Electronic Family Poland!

TICKETS:
Tickets will be available on the day of the event at the ticket office from 14:00 to the end of the event. By 16:00 you will be able to purchase your tickets online at www.electronicfamily.pl.

Standard ticket: PLN 130,

Special tickets: PLN 260,

VIP ticket: 600 PLN

Important organizational information:

OPENING OF THE GATE:
– 18:00 all entries!

ATTENTION! Exit from the event is equivalent to the expiry of the ticket.

People who have won a ticket in competitions will have to verify their identity before entering with a valid document. The entrance will be called MEDIA

CAMERAS AND VIDEO CAMERAS:
You can not bring professional or semi-professional cameras to the event area, this also applies to GoPro cameras. You can not also bring selfiesticks. You can, however, bring a powerbank

MERCHANDISE:
The festival will feature official stores where you can buy an official Electronic Family Poland gadgets like t-shirts, hats and more.

CLOAKROOMS:
18:00 opening of the changing room. Cloakroom is located just near entering the festival area.
Changing rooms are 5 PLN.

TOILETS:
In the mass event area there are toilets, which will be free. The road to the toilets will be marked, and in case of problems, ask the staff.

DEPOSITS:
Deposits will be located just in front of the main entrance. They will be charged PLN 20 for each item left and marked.

AGE:
ENTRANCE FOR PARTY FROM 18 YEARS OLD, and this means that if a person is celebrating their eighteenth birthday on December 31, 2018, he may appear at the party!

CATERING:
Please note that there are catering outlets in the area where you can buy cool drinks, energy drinks, beer – 3.5% and various kinds of fast food and snacks.

ATTENTION! PAYMENTS FOR THE ENTIRE CATERING IN THE EVENTS SHOULD BE WITH CASH. Several positions will be armed with terminals, so you can pay by card.

SMOKING ROOMS:
We will be in the open, but let’s respect non-smokers and the ground of the stadium.

PARKINGS:
Near the stadium there is one large car park at 69 Wrocławska street. Parking is free. The amount is limited. The organizer is not responsible for the parking lot.

TRANSPORT:
The main station will be operated by buses that will be marked. More information soon.

Bis Taxi Zielona Góra is the official taxi of the Electronic Family! Together with the TME music agency we cordially invite everyone to the stadium at W69.

Anyone ordering a taxi on the day of the event by using password TME can get the cheapest Taxi with an additional discount of 10 percent.

DISABLED PEOPLE:
People with disabilities who are in a wheelchair can enter the event area for free along with their guardian who has an entrance ticket.

MEDICINES AND MEDICAL WELFARE:
We take into account the fact that some people must have with them during the event drugs or, for example, insulin pumps. Please inform about this our security at the entrances. Any doubts about medicines will be consulted by
the medical services.
There will be medical points and walking patrols of medical rescuers at the event.

ATTENTION! According to the regulations, people who are under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants will not be allowed to enter the premises of the Speedway Stadium in Zielona Góra!

WOOV APPLICATION!
Find your friends, see who plays and always know what is happening at Electronic Family Poland. Hop in, start and discover what Woov is. The application will be used for the second time at the Polish event (the first case is ASOT 850 in Gliwice)!
